D2 Creative Work - Roquito
Roquito® is a uniquely hot but sweet chilli. Popular in foodservice the brand hasn't been in retail for a number of years. Our brief was to create new packaging for the relaunch of Roquito® into retail. The brief was to make the pack stand out on shelf and to convey the brands personality. We focused on the heritage of the product and its South American roots.
We analysed the fixture where the brand would be featured, using this as a starting point to ensure the maximum stand out for the brand alongside competitive packs.
The brand has only recently been reintroduced to the UK but already it has achieved listings in two of the ‘big four’ retailers. The design has received positive feedback from retail buyers and consumers alike and is over-achieving in terms of rate of sale.
